David G. Moore’s story starts in rural West Michigan, the son of a parochial math teacher. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and continued his legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During his law school career, David achieved Dean’s List accolades for several semesters and graduated in the top one-third of his class.
In his first position as a prosecutor, David amassed significant knowledge of the criminal process and extensive experience in court. He carried these skills over to representing defendants in criminal cases, becoming a seasoned litigation and trial attorney. David has defended many clients facing capital felony charges and other serious criminal allegations. David’s approach to representation aims to maximize mitigation efforts while navigating complex litigation matters. Clients benefit from his honesty and compassion as they face the most difficult challenges with criminal cases. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, Arizona, and federal court.
When not at work, David likes to exercise, go shooting, scroll through TikTok recipes, and enjoy time with family.
